Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry or schedule a consultation, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
AfroMadeIt Global LLC ("AfroMadeIt", "we", "us") is an HR consulting firm operating across US, UK, and African markets. Our principal place of business is in the United States. You can reach us at afromadeit@gmail.com or +1 954-902-2237.
2. What information we collect
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:
- Name — to address you personally
- Email address — to reply to your inquiry
- Phone number (optional) — if you prefer a call
- Company / organisation name (optional) — to understand your context
- Services of interest — to route your inquiry appropriately
- Message — the content of your enquiry
When you book a consultation via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and any custom questions configured for the event type. We receive a notification with those details.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry within one business day
- Schedule and prepare for a consultation
- Fulfil any subsequent service agreement
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Who we share your data with
Your submission data passes through the following third-party processors:
- StaticForms (staticforms.xyz) — a form submission service that routes your message to our inbox. They process data on servers in the United States. View their privacy policy at staticforms.xyz.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection service used to protect our contact form from spam. Cloudflare processes a limited signal (browser/device context) to verify you are human. No personal data is stored by Turnstile. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Calendly (calendly.com) — used for scheduling consultations. If you book a meeting through Calendly, your data is subject to Calendly's privacy notice.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Your IP address may be logged by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
5. Legal basis for processing (UK & EU visitors)
If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your contact form data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR) — specifically, responding to an inquiry you initiated. Where we enter into a service agreement, the basis becomes contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).
6. How long we keep your data
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted. If we enter into a services engagement, we retain records for seven years as required by US tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email us at afromadeit@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.
UK residents may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Data security
Our website is served over HTTPS. We apply industry-standard security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options) to reduce common attack vectors. Form data is transmitted directly to StaticForms over an encrypted connection and delivered to our inbox — it is not stored on our web server.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here.
